How much do your services cost?
Our services are tailored to your needs and so is our fee. We will provide a fixed fee quotation based on your brief following a free of charge initial consultation visit.
Our fees are charged in stages based on completion of phases of the design work so that you only pay for the work we actually do. Our fee will include for creating design options for you to consider as well as changes and re-issues of plans based on your feedback. Our fee is inclusive of costs such as printing and travel.

How long does an average project take?
Every project is unique. The scale, complexity and planning constraints that apply to any given site can impact on the process. A heritage or listed housed in green belt or conservation areas would most likely take longer than a simple extension to a suburban semi. We can talk you through the process and stages for your specific project during our initial free consultation.

What types of projects do you specialise in?
We specialise in residential new build, extensions and remodelling. We have particular experience and expertise in dealing with complex planning environments such as green belt, conservation areas and heritage buildings.
